ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
? Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
? Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
? Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
? Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals
? Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
? Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
? Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
? Basic website maintenance, content distribution/sharing, and blog management (WordPress, Drupal, PinnacleCart, etc) and other CRM.

REQUIREMENTS:

? At least 2-4 years of previous online marketing experience required.
? Must have solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
? Experience with building audiences (customer segmentation) based on customer actions on the website, purchases and email actions.
? Excellent English (US) written & verbal communication skills.
? Experience and knowledge in digital marketing with experience in building targeted email marketing campaigns and marketing automation.
? An analytical mindset, with previous experience working in a data-driven organization.
? Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and time management skills with strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
? Experience using Google Analytics for tracking and trending site statistics.
? Able to stay up-to-date on new internet based technologies.
 ? Able to work alone or as part of a team.
